Favorite Dog Characters in Christmas Movies and TV

If you are like me, you will adore just about any movie or TV show that features a dog. Any scene in which a cute pup makes an entrance will immediately raise a show’s enjoyability factor. And at Christmastime, there are plenty of furry friends that that tug at my heartstrings. Here are just a few of my favorite characters from XMAS-themed movies and TV shows (in no particular order)…

Max: “How the Grinch Stole Christmas!” (1966)

Snoopy: “A Charlie Brown Christmas” (1965)

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0059026/

Benji: Benji’s Very Own Christmas Story (1978)

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0275225/

Christmas: “A Dog Named Christmas” (2009)

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1519929/

And I love this special musical tribute “I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day” based on the movie.

Beethoven: “Beethoven’s Christmas Adventure” (2011)

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1855134/

Tucker: “Christmas with Tucker” (2013)

And in case you really want to do a deep dive into the topics or are just looking for a good show to snuggle up with your favorite furry friend and watch together, here are a few lists to browse…

So on behalf of my four-legged family, I wish you all a very happy and love-filled Christmas!

Here are just a few XMAS pics from the Newcomb pack…
